Become a food vendor

Thank you for your interest in being a Food Vendor at the 2025 Irish Fair of Minnesota! All applications will be reviewed by the Food & Beverage Committee, and you will be notified of your acceptance in mid-May.

Once accepted as a Food Vendor, you will receive a Vendor Agreement tailored to your booth and menu offerings, along with an invoice to the email address you provide.

Irish Fair of Minnesota is a celebration of all things Irish, and each year we love to offer a great variety of food options for our tens of thousands of hungry guests. We are working to be inclusive in all our practices including how we select food vendors for the festival by using an application process. We will treat everyone who applies equitably. By adding this step to our selection process we hope to be able to open up opportunities to a variety of food vendors. And for those we know and work with - thank you kindly for applying as well.

Completing this interest form is not a guarantee of a Food Vendor booth at Irish Fair 2025, but it gets the ball rolling.
