The Irish Fair of MN is looking for four (4) part-time event workers to help us with the 2025 event.

We are looking for four part-time event workers to help us at the 2025 Irish Fair of MN.
Time Commitment:
We are specifically looking for individuals who are available each day between Monday, August 4th through Tuesday, August 12th, 2025. Hours will vary from 8:00 am until 11:30 pm.
Compensation: $15 per hour
Responsibilities:
● Assistance with the implementation of operations details leading up to, during and and after the festival.
● Tasks may include, but not limited to: assisting with vendor load in and load out, beverage restocking, move boxes and pallets from our warehouse to the truck that
takes them to Harriet Island and then back after the event, deliver supplies and meals to area managers during event hours, hang banners and signs, jump into volunteer positions when needed, run family games and/or help with ZeroK distribution, raffle ticket sales, set up barricade/bike rack fencing, set chairs by stages, etc.
● Developing and supporting sponsor, vendor and volunteer relationships.
● And other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
● Time management and scheduling skills.
● Efficient user of Google suite and email, communication is a top priority.
● Flexibility and the willingness to work hours necessary to get the job done, potentially multiple long days in a row.
● Personable, detail oriented, able to adapt to a fast-paced,
and sometimes stressful environment.
● Needs to be a team player and independent problem-solver.
● Able to work under general supervision and to exercise
independent judgment.
● Ability to lift 20+ lbs
● 18+ years old and able to drive a golf cart.
● Event operations or volunteer experience at events is preferred.
