Volunteer Information
The Irish Fair is a volunteer driven organization and festival. We rely on the invaluable contributions of volunteers' time and talents to create and maintain our festival and organization.
While we need approximately 300 hundred volunteers during the festival, we also have many year round tasks like Grassroots Marketing Coordinator and Virtual Office Manager, occasional tasks like data input and planning committees which need to be filled.
If you are interested helping throughout the year, please send the Volunteer Coordinator a message.
If you want to help the weekend of the festival, please use our online registration. A summary of festival tasks and general volunteer information is available. Thursday and Friday setup and Sunday evening tear down are our most critical areas of need. If possible, please consider registering for one of those slots – even if you also want to help out elsewhere during the festival.
