If anyone ever suggested that Irish food is boring, they haven’t been to the food area at the Irish Fair. Six local Irish pubs, three private vendors and three Irish organizations provide a variety of Irish specialties that will enhance your experience at the festival.
If so inclined, you can enjoy a pint of beer with your meal. In addition to Guinness, Harp and Finnegan’s Irish Amber – an ale brewed with potatoes – will complete our Irish beverage options at the festival.
Enjoy one of Ireland’s finest exports in the Jameson Irish Whiskey Experience tent. Learn about the legendary Jameson Irish Whiskey and sample a few varieties. You can purchase a flight of four ½ oz shots including Jameson, Jameson 12 yr old, John Powers, and Jameson Redbreast or a Jameson and Ginger mixed drink (Jameson and ginger ale).
The hours of operation in the Jameson Tent are:
Friday: 4:00p – 10:30p
Saturday: Noon – 10:30p
Sunday: 11:00a – 7:00p
Cannon River Winery, located right here in Cannon Falls, MN, will be onsite this year! They will be bringing 5 of their favorite wines to share with Irish Fair attendees.
