There are non-stop activities for kids ages three and up in the Children’s Area – and some adults will enjoy, too.
On the Irish on Grand’s Children’s Area, Celtic Junction Stage you’ll see and hear singers, storytellers and puppeteers and kids get a chance to learn their first Irish dance steps.
Watch for Border Collies herding sheep several times a day. You’ll see the sheep roam through the crowd only to be herded back by skillful dogs obeying whistle commands.
Highland Kilt Company Relay Races for kids age 3-10 are held each day and a hand-crafted mini-golf course, sponsored by Coca-Cola, is open all day. Kids can learn about Irish heritage while making crafts, or visit the face painter, character artist and airbrush tattoos!
