4:00 pm                       Doors Open- Welcome - We will be sampling the Irish Bap from Walsh's

                                    Bakehouse, Waterford Ireland.

4:00-4:30pm                Chef Fergal Phelan Overview of what will be happen at the Celtic Kitchen!

5:00-5:30pm                Chef Eric McBride will provide a history lesson about Irish/Celtic food as well as entertain us withh his cooking skills

6:00-6:30pm                Kitchen Table with Maria Flynn Conway and Friends

7:00-9:00 pm               Exclusive Ticketed Event $25 meet the Chefs, and sample authentic Irish food.
